Overview
As a key member of our team, you will manage the product lifecycle, from market analysis and new product introduction to sales enablement and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of product management, commercial, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle for our MedTech portfolio, including new launches, line extensions, and cost reduction initiatives.
Develop and execute competitive pricing strategies and commercial terms in partnership with the sales team.
Lead the
Medica, Dusseldorf trade show
, including all logistics, booth management, and team planning.
Commercial & Market Analysis
Develop and maintain expertise in key market segments, including
Ostomy, Wound Care, and Skin Care
.
Drive market intelligence by conducting research on product category dynamics, competitive landscapes, and payer analysis.
Monitor product profitability and collaborate with finance to optimize growth.
Act as a key liaison to support the sales team with market insights, data sheets, selling tools, and training materials.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to provide market insights for new product development.
Operations & Strategy
Manage commercial agreements, intellectual property, and service guidelines in collaboration with legal, sales, and supply chain teams.
Provide strategic support to the leadership team, contributing to long-term strategic and operating plans.
Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure products meet all quality and operational standards.
