In Ireland, Neoen owns a portfolio of eight wind farms totalling 53 MW and 3 solar farms totalling 58 MWp.
We are currently constructing another 100 MWp of solar and have a pipeline of 1.7 GW in development across wind, solar and BESS.

Development Team
is looking for a
Business Development Manager
.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for the development of a portfolio of wind, solar, and battery storage projects, from identifying the site to securing the land and the permits until handover to the Construction team.
The main tasks include:
Prospection of new sites for the development of projects;
Analysis of the electrical network infrastructures to facilitate the interconnection of the projects;
Development of plans to lead or assist with landowner negotiations (on site, road access, cable, and overhead line wayleaves, etc.);
External stakeholder management including landowners, local communities, local authorities, and elected representatives;
Oversight of third-party partners and providers of technical services;
Management of the planning process and grid connection process;
Management of financial models supporting the business case of projects;
Assist with the identification of routes to market for the various technologies.
Support the Construction and Asset management teams;
Adherence to Health & Safety procedures;
Regular management reporting.
