6 Month Fixed Term ContractWe're recruiting on behalf of our client Just Eat Takeaway for a Business Development Executive to join their team in Galway.This role focuses on acquiring new restaurant partners, managing pipelines, and driving growth across key territories.If you're commercially minded, target-driven, and ready to make an impact, this could be the next step in your career.Location: GALWAY, MAYO, ROSCOMMON, CLARE, SLIGO, DONEGAL, LEITRIM, CAVAN, LONGFORD, MONAGHANMonday to Friday hours weekly.Working hours can vary dependent on meetings with Restaurant partners from 9am-5.30pm, 10am to 6.30pm.As a Business Development Executive, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders.You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.Main ResponsibilitiesMaximise the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their consumers,Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for successPrioritise order growth, via activated restaurants, as the measure of success and mentor Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business.Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify key opportunities for Restaurant Partner growth and find opportunities to drive personal efficiencies.Leverage data and internal tools (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify growth opportunities and drive effective strategies.What will you bring to the table?Experience in a B2B sales or account management role: 2-5yrsA desire to take ownership of ambitious targetsStrong presentation and communication skillsA passion for learning and self-improvementSharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectivelyAn exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a differenceFull clean IRISH driving licence - company car and fuel card provided
