We are seeking a motivated project quantity surveyor to join our team in Kildare.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.Represent the company's interests at project meetings and commercial discussions.Support and mentor staff to carry out commercial and contractual responsibilities effectively.Liaise with internal departments to provide accurate financial and commercial information.Prepare monthly, interim, and final valuations, applications for payment, cost reconciliations, and contract certifications.Monitor contract cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.Ensure recovery of all monies due for work completed.Coordinate with the Procurement Manager to place supplier agreements and subcontracts.Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to develop junior commercial team members.Perform other related duties as required.Requirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline from a UK or Irish university.3–5 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects.Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects and public works contracts in Ireland or the UK preferred.Strong commercial awareness and focus.Membership of a relevant professional institution is desirable but not essential.Full clean Irish/EU driving license.Eligible to work in Ireland (valid work permit or Stamp 4 visa).Excellent written and spoken English.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €51,******-€96,****** per yearWork Location: In person
