Position: Project Quantity Surveyor (Residential & Commercial Development)
Location: Maynooth, Co. Kildare (Hybrid)

Role Overview
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing all commercial aspects. You will be working closely with the Commercial Manager and other teams, ensuring that procurement processes, tender submissions, cost monitoring, and value engineering are completed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Report directly to the Commercial Manager.
Manage the procurement of subcontractor and supplier packages.
Prepare and issue tender inquiries, and compile tender submissions.
Address any commercial concerns and suggest value engineering solutions when necessary.
Monitor and manage all commercial aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the Project and Design Teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts to track project financials.
Skills & Experience Required
A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver under pressure.
Solid knowledge of RIAI and GCC forms of contract.
Strong commercial awareness and experience in cost control.
