Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioural assessments to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Implement evidence-based behavioural strategies and monitor progress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
Provide training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of interventions and outcomes.
Adapt interventions based on ongoing assessment and feedback.
Requirements:
Level 7 in Behavior Support or related discipline.
Proficiency in behavioural analysis and intervention techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the clients.
Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
Candidates who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months over the age of 16 will be required to produce International Police Clearance.
