Position: Vehicle Warranty Administrator
Salary: Starting from €42,000 (depending on experience)

Our state of the art workshop currently processes warranty claims for Kia, Mazda, Land Rover and Mapfre.
Role Overview:
As our Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
This position offers a dynamic work environment where your attention to detail and expertise will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Warranty Claims: Accurately manage and process warranty claims with manufacturers and suppliers.
Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding warranty queries, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update warranty records and documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all claims meet the warranty policies and procedures of the manufacturer.
Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to coordinate warranty processes.

Experience: Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive industry.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
