HR Executive Clayton Hotel Charlemont We have a fantastic new vacancy for HR Executive in the excellent Clayton Hotel Charlemont Objective of the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR executive will provide support to the people operations of the hotel. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and training & development of our talented employees. Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead / Support recruitment and selection for the hotel. Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel. Support HR Administrative duties. Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team. Requirements: 1 years experience in Human resources. Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection. Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
