Key Responsibilities include: Maintain and support HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms. Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with HR processes. Deliver monthly headcount and HR metrics reporting. Provide user support and training across the organisation. Manage system permissions and troubleshoot access issues. Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to align data and processes. Support the implementation of a new HR system. Experience and skills required: Proven experience in a HRIS role, with strong knowledge of HR systems. Excellent Excel and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and present data. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. A proactive, solution-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
