We are now seeking to recruit a strategic and commercially minded In-House Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in Dublin, Ireland.

What We Are Looking For
Qualified solicitor with 1- 3 years PQE
Strong Experience In
Regulatory matters (outsourcing, distribution, fitness & probity, consumer protection)
Data protection and GDPR
Drafting commercial agreements in line with IDD, Solvency II, PRIIPs
Irish and EU financial regulatory frameworks
Experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
Broad commercial contracts expertise
Familiarity with investment products, insurance wrappers, and unit-linked funds
Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal advice across all areas of the business
Report directly to and collaborate closely with the Head of Legal
Manage company secretarial duties, including board updates and regulatory correspondence
Draft and negotiate commercial and transactional contracts
Oversee external legal counsel and manage litigation portfolios
Support operations with consumer protection and policyholder rights
Draft policy terms and conditions
Collaborate with compliance and risk teams on regulatory matters
Advise on new product development and legislative implementation
Handle GDPR, AML, and KYC compliance
Lead cross-functional projects with legal and commercial impact
