Business Process Analyst – 6 Month Contract
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract: 6 months
What's Involved
Reviewing, mapping, and analysing business processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for control improvements.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining risk and control frameworks aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to embed risk management into daily operations.
Preparing documentation, reports, and recommendations for process improvements and control enhancements.
Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments to ensure ongoing effectiveness of controls.
What's Needed
Minimum 6 years' experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role with focus on risk and controls.
Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, control testing, and compliance practices.
Proven ability to analyze complex processes and recommend practical, business-focused solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across all levels.
Proficiency with process mapping tools, risk assessment methodologies, and reporting systems.
