GPC Finance are excited to be working with a 3 Partner firm.
They require a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their expanding finance department in Dublin.
This role offers a diverse exposure across various finance functions.
Responsibilities
Addressing and resolving client inquiries effectively.
Processing invoices post-approval.
Overseeing incoming payments and generating client statements.
Setting up electronic transfers and payments using online banking systems.
Ensuring meticulous maintenance of files and records in alignment with company guidelines.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.
Proficient in IT tools.
Exceptional communication abilities.
Keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated capability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
