The 4 star Ardilaun hotel is Recruiting a Revenue Manager to join the team.This is a key role focused on maximising room revenue through effective reservations management, digital marketing, and strategic distribution.You'll work across multiple platforms, support the reservations function, and collaborate with the sales team to drive direct bookings.Key Responsibilities:Revenue & Distribution ManagementMaximise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through strategic pricing and distributionManage OTA platforms, hotel website, channel manager, Rate Par, and Rate WiseTrack and report on revenue performance, booking trends, competitor activity, and ROIMaintain accurate rate loading and mapping across systems (18+ months in advance)Drive direct bookings and minimise commission costsForecasting & ReportingCreate accurate weekly forecasts and competitor analysis reportsSupport budget planning and track actual performance vs. targetsParticipate in revenue meetings and participate in HOD meetingsReservations SupportAssist with reservations as needed and support front office during busy periodsDigital Marketing & Website ManagementCollaborate with marketing and social teams to plan and deliver digital campaignsManage website content, SEO, special offers, and third-party listingsMonitor paid advertising and analyse campaign performanceContribute to creative content, video, and graphics in line with brandEmail Marketing & ReputationPlan and execute email campaigns aligned with guest journey and local eventsMonitor online reviews and guest feedback to support reputation and upsellingReview weekly upsell reports and enhance guest experience through timely communicationRequirements:Previous experience in the same or similar role.Understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategiesExperience managing OTA platforms (e.g. , Expedia).Strong analytical and reporting skills- able to interpret data and make informed decisionsExperience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. SEO, email marketing) is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teamsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple systems and tasksProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics preferredFlexible and proactive mindset, with a drive to continuously improve resultsKnowledge of the Irish hotel market is an advantageBenefits:Free access to the Leisure ClubEmployee Assistance ProgrammeFree ParkingFree meals on DutyDiscounts throughout the hotelUniform providedPension PlanBike to Work SchemeEmployee Referral Programme
