The role This technical role joins our presales team to deliver solutions and designs aligned with Ekco's strategy.
The candidate must confidently articulate and demonstrate technology solutions within the Ekco technology stack and service catalogue.

Duties And Responsibilities Have a hands-on technical background with project delivery experience, ideally at a technical architect level.
Align technology solutions with customer requirements, demonstrating business value.
Ensure solutions reflect the company's technology strategy.
Present solutions to diverse audiences on how they solve business challenges.
Prepare professional presales documentation.
Lead solution responses for tenders.
Maintain high standards of service performance and quality.
Promote and adhere to the presales process, ensuring effective handovers to delivery teams.
Conduct training on new products and technologies for sales staff.
Innovate and present new services and solutions proactively.
Skills And Experience Proficiency in key technologies and services, with presentation skills.
Expertise in Cloud Architecture, Network infrastructure, Windows Server, and Security solutions.
Experience in preparing proposals and presenting to executives.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Successful delivery of multiple technical projects.
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Willingness to travel and hold a full driving license.
Over seven years of experience in the IT Services industry preferred.
Motivated to learn new technologies and a confident communicator.
Educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, EM+S, O365) and solutions (MS Defender, Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam).
