Due to continued expansion, BMC Manufacturing are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our growing Site Services Team.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional administrator to develop their career within a market-leading organisation.Based in our Ballycoolin office, you will work closely with the Site Services Coordinator and report directly to the Site Services Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, operate, and maintain the Site Services Management Systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.Act as a liaison between clients and Field Service Engineers (FSEs), ensuring clear and timely communication of project requirements, timelines, and updates.Upload and maintain all relevant data, documentation, and service records on the management system and SharePoint.Ensure site works comply with all safety and regulatory requirements.Upload and manage project schedules within the company's management system.Maintain detailed records of engineer deployment, site activities, and project progress.Provide regular updates to the Site Services Manager and other stakeholders on project status and resource utilisation.Arrange accommodation, travel, and transport for FSEs as required.Prepare and organise country-specific documentation and requirements.RequiredProficient in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and Management System platforms, (Arantico) an advantage but not necessary.Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within electrical, mechanical, construction, or manufacturing 3 to 5 years' experience.Strong organisational and record-keeping skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication skills confident liaising with clients and internal teams.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.We OfferCompetitive salary.Opportunity to work with Ireland's leading Switchgear Manufacturing Company.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Convenient Ballycoolin location with onsite parking.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: In person
