systems that protect some of the world's most critical infrastructure.Key job responsibilitiesDesign and oversee comprehensive fire protection systems for data centers worldwideCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fire safety solutionsReview and ensure compliance with international fire protection standardsProvide technical guidance on fire protection engineering mattersSupport continuous improvement of design standards and methodologiesA day in the lifeYou'll partner with architects and engineers to create innovative fire protection solutions.Your day might professional.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field with 2 additional years of qualifying experienceExperience in fire protection design engineering or constructionKnowledge of fire protection industry standards (NFPA, ICC)Experience with design review processes and standard developmentAbility to interpret construction documents and technical specificationsPreferred QualificationsTechnical writing experience including documentation and training materialsExperience in data center, medical, or industrial construction projectsLicensed Fire Protection Engineer certificationKnowledge of BS & ICC Codes, NFPA Standards, and FM requirementsExperience with performance-based fire protection designUnderstanding of mechanical and electrical
