**The Role**Proofpoint is seeking a **Talent Management Program Manager** to drive strategic talent initiatives that enable organizational growth and ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
This role encompasses managing and executing programs in succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, mentoring, and high-potential (HiPo) development.
The Program Manager will collaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance program impact and effectiveness.
**Your Day-to-Day*** Develop and implement succession planning programs to maintain a steady pipeline of talent for critical roles across the organization.
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify successors, create tailored development plans, and monitor progress.
* Manage the performance management process, focusing on alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous employee growth.
* Partner with HR and business leaders to conduct talent reviews, assessing potential, advancement readiness, and key development areas.
* Design and oversee mentoring programs to support the growth of future leaders and high-potential employees.
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to align talent selection processes with organizational succession and leadership development goals.
* Work with Learning & Development (L&D) teams to design and implement targeted development programs for high-potential employees, ensuring alignment with business needs and future roles.
* Use data and analytics to measure the impact of talent management initiatives, refining programs based on insights to demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
* Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in talent management, applying them to continuously enhance Proofpoint's talent strategies.
**What You Bring to the Team*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in talent management, succession planning, performance management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a program management role.
* Proven expertise in talent management, including succession planning, HiPo development, and performance management.
* Experience designing and managing mentoring and leadership development programs.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to assess program effectiveness and guide decision-making.
* Excellent project management capabilities to oversee multiple programs simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
* Familiarity with assessment tools and methodologies to identify and develop talent.
