This luxury four-star Dublin hotel is recruiting an Assistant C&B Manager to take the lead on delivering exceptional events, from high-end corporate functions to elegant private celebrations.
This role will oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring flawless event execution and top-tier guest service.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead the floor during conferences, banquets and events
Oversee event setup, layouts and service, ensuring every detail meets client briefs
Support scheduling, training and supervision of the C&B team
Liaise with departments to ensure seamless communication and execution
Troubleshoot on the spot and uphold service standards throughout events
Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment
Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements
Promote a professional, positive team culture
About You:
Experience in a supervisory or management role in C&B or events in a quality hotel environment
Strong floor operations knowledge and attention to detail
Hands-on, confident leader with excellent communication skills
Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Flexible for early starts, evenings and weekends
Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
