Assistant C&B Manager

This role will oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring flawless event execution and top-tier guest service. This is a hands-on role for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the floor during conferences, banquets and events
- Oversee event setup, layouts and service, ensuring every detail meets client briefs
- Support scheduling, training and supervision of the C&B team
- Liaise with departments to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Troubleshoot on the spot and uphold service standards throughout events
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous service improvements
- Promote a professional, positive team culture
About You:
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in C&B or events in a quality hotel environment
- Strong floor operations knowledge and attention to detail
- Hands-on, confident leader with excellent communication skills
- Calm under pressure and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Flexible for early starts, evenings and weekends
- Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
