Health Care Assistant 39 Hours /Permanent Contract An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join the Bon Secours Health System/ Hospital Galway Ireland's Largest Private Healthcare provider.
Job Purpose: To support the clinical function of the nursing team in promoting and maintaining a high standard of individualised care for the patient and family, taking account of the physical emotional, spiritual and social needs of patients and those close to them.
Ideal Candidate: Ability to work as part of a team dedicated to providing a quality service Flexible approach to work patterns as the post holder will be required to be rostered over 7 days a week including weekends/nights as required by service needs.
Previous Experience is desirable Essential FETAC level 5 course for healthcare assistant Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Responsibilities and Experience: To support the clinical function of the nursing team in promoting and maintaining a high standard of individualised care for the patient and family, taking account of the physical emotional, spiritual and social needs of patients and those close to them.
Essential Qualifications Leaving Certificate Standard Fetac Level 5 Closing date for applications: 29th August 2025 A Panel will be formed from which future Vacancies may be filled.
