AboutScorebuddy is a global leader in Quality Assurance (QA) software for contact centers, trusted by over 300 organizations worldwide including BT Group, Allianz, and Capital One.Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Scorebuddy delivers a powerful SaaS platform that empowers customer service teams to improve agent performance, customer experience, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency.The Scorebuddy QA platform combines manual and AI-driven evaluations, customizable scorecards, and advanced reporting to deliver 100% conversation coverage at scale.With embedded AI analytics, Auto-QA, and integrated coaching and learning tools, Scorebuddy enables contact centers to boost agent performance, reduce costs, and uncover actionable insights—all within a safe, secure, enterprise-ready environment.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to drive strategic growth through our partner ecosystem.This role is pivotal to our company's expansion strategy and will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships across EMEA and the US.The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B SaaS, ideally within the Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center domain.What you'll doWorking closely with the CRO to execute a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with company growth objectives.Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partners to drive revenue and market expansion.Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft a partner product offering that ensures partner success.Support CRO to negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutual value and compliance.Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences across the globe (if and as needed).What are we looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances in the B2B SaaS industry.Ideally a track record of success in the CX or Contact Center technology space or a complementary segment.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, go-to-market strategies, and revenue models.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.What we offer25 paid holidays annuallyCompetitive salary and performance-based compensation plan.Hybrid working model.Gym Membership (taxable benefit).Access to Webdoctor, an online GP service (post-probation).Taxsaver.ie and Cycle to Work SchemeReferral Bonus: €1,000 for referring a successful candidate (paid after 6-month probation).Enhanced maternity and paternity leave and sick pay.Access to Irish Life PRSA with salary sacrifice options.LocationThe Masonry, 151 Thomas Street, Dublin 8We support hybrid working, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.#J-*****-Ljbffr
