We are currently seeking a dedicated
Care Home Manager
to join our team.
As a Care Home Manager you'll:
Lead and manage care, catering, cleaning, and house services within a female religious order setting in Cork City.
Supervise a dedicated team of 6, ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and service delivery.
Oversee food quality and hygiene throughout the entire food cycle, from preparation to delivery.
Ensure accurate financial documentation and budget management, including supplier accounts.
Drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and seek new opportunities for service growth
What we're looking for:
Garda Vetting clearance is required prior to starting the role.
Relevant qualifications and experience in care, hospitality, or facilities management, and strong IT literacy.
Proven experience managing teams in a care or residential environment.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget oversight and cost control.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality care and services.
It is desirable that candidates have Level 5 Certificate in Care skills and/or Care of the Older Person
