At Abacus Medicine, we're looking for a Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our operations in Ireland - ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient handling and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Overall, About The Job
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations, customer operations, and supporting our local sales team.
You'll ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
This is a dynamic role with plenty of opportunity to improve systems, coach a strong team, and collaborate with both internal departments and external partners.
We Would Like You To
You'll lead and support a cross-functional team, ensuring the quality, quantity, and proper storage of goods.
You'll take part in audits and inspections, implement improvements, and work closely with delivery companies to ensure timely shipments.
More Specifically, You'll
Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and customer operations
Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP, hygiene, and safety standards
Review and update SOPs and warehouse processes
Support and supervise the local warehouse, customer service, and sales team
Actively contribute to cross-departmental collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, and Sales
Lead investigations into deviations and manage corrective actions (CAPAs)
About You, Our New Colleague
You're a natural leader with a hands-on mindset.
You're detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a regulated environment.
You enjoy improving processes, leading teams, and working across functions.
What We Require From The Candidate
A degree in logistics, warehousing, pharmacy, or a related healthcare field
3–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management, ideally in a GMP/GDP environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in English
A good understanding of digital systems and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed
