We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee the daily activities of our warehouse operations. This role involves managing teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing storage and distribution processes.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff to achieve high standards of efficiency and productivity

  • Ensuring that all warehouse operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, including GMP/GDP

  • Developing and implementing efficient storage and distribution strategies to meet customer needs

  • Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales and supply chain, to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports on warehouse activity and performance

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize warehouse operations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in a regulated environment

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Familiarity with digital systems and cross-functional collaboration
