Your tasks and responsibilities:

qData gathering, data consolidation and summarisation of information, .e.g. MS Power BI, Powerpoint, excel, word.
qMonitoring and tracking of production project progress; highlighting problems; publishing progress reports
qReconciling all production employee time and attendance hours.Creating attendance reports and highlighting absence issues / patterns to team leaders.
qMonitoring of projects and deliverables on Siemens Concept-Boards for Strategy Projects
qProduction of documents, reports and analysis, written in a clear and concise manner
qPreparation of presentations, using MS PowerPoint.
qCreating charts from data on excel.
qCommunicating/coordinating with various elements of the Production department.
qMaintain and monitor KPS's/and other Information as required.
qProvide/support for daily, weekly, monthly management reporting.
qEnter and retrieve information/data into local logging systems.
qEnsure that all report requests are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.
qIdentify potential process improvement opportunities and present them to Line management with recommendations.
qOther Ad-Hoc administrative support as required.

Key Requirements:
qStrong computer skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Powerpoint and Excel.)
qProven experience successfully working to targets in a pressurised environment.
qExceptional communications skills essential.
qStrong report writing skills and strong customer focus with proven problem solving skills essential.
qAbility to do shift as required.

Your qualifications and experience:
Capabilities
Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this assignment

Education:3rdlevel qualification in business discipline would be advantageous
Proficiency with Computer packages such as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point) and Microsoft project and Workday.
Experience:A knowledge of working as Admin support would be advantageous.

Personal Characteristics: Initiative, persistence, tenacity, flexibility, co-operativeness.The ability to influence and collaborate with other functions at all levels in the organisation in terms of project deadlines will be required. Confidentiality is a critical attribute for this role.
