Administrative Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will work closely with senior management to coordinate tasks and provide administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy environment. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external sources. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.

Schedule management and coordination are critical components of this role. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office suite.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day customer orders, including processing, picking, and packing of products.
  • Oversee incoming stock, deal with post, book couriers, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Schedule work for Field Service Engineers and handle finance reminders and filing.
  • Assist with general administration and office duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with internal and external sources.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant telephone manner and strong customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Qualifications:

  • No minimum required, but previous experience working within a medical devices environment is beneficial.
