
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our Dublin office.
The successful candidate will coordinate domestic and international travel for the team, organise internal team events and culture-building initiatives, provide high-level client-facing support as needed, and support the Executive Assistant and wider team with administrative tasks.
About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have experience in team support or office management, and advanced MS Office skills. A background in hospitality or client service is highly valued.
You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a professional, approachable, and adaptable personality, and a credible presence to build relationships at all levels.
