We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our facilities management team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the onsite facilities management team
  • Maintain log books and documentation relating to Health and Safety
  • Deliver reporting on a monthly basis including trackers, audits, inspections and health and safety
  • Use and maintain online task system, ensuring correct data entry and providing overall system administration
  • Schedule and cover key roles as required
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standard practices
  • Prompt and accurate management of purchase orders in internal financial management platform

Requirements:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administration or coordinator role providing operational support
  • Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively
