Job Role Overview

This is a key opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment as a Plant Administrator. As an integral member of our construction company, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the plant department.

Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process delivery and return dockets, as well as stores issues.
  • Update our central database system with accurate asset-related data.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, and electronically file all plant department records.
  • Verify invoices against accruals and provide general administration support to the plant department.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by the plant department.
  • Process inspection sheets for vehicle and plant compliance.
  • Set up and dispose of new assets on our company database.
  • Tax vehicles and book vehicle tests.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing.
  • Process toll and fuel cards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential.
