About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reported issues, enforcing community standards, and providing exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues via our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our community standards, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on our client's products and community guidelines.
- Market Insights: Use your knowledge to identify scalable solutions for our user community.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze relevant data to enhance the user experience.
- Trendspotting: Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.
- Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language Skills:
- Fluency in Albanian with an understanding of regional culture and trends.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C2).
