We seek candidates with experience in operational delivery within an educational setting, capable of managing a busy workload independently, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Flexibility in working hours, confidentiality, diplomacy, and tact are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for undergraduate programmes, including scheduling, student queries, and clinical rotations.
  • Assist with timetable management, student assessments, and Moodle updates.
  • Support student orientation, attendance tracking, and assessment data management.
  • Coordinate clinical placements, reasonable accommodations, and vaccination monitoring.
  • Contribute to quality improvement processes, SOP reviews, and system testing.

Knowledge & Experience (Essential):

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with data management is advantageous
