Customer Operations Role

This is a key position that serves as the main link between customers and internal operations teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, updates, and service issues
  • Generate non-account holder invoices and process credit card payments
  • Provide full administrative support to the Customer Operations Department
  • Produce operational reports (KPIs, trends, customer insights)
  • Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and internal systems
  • Support internal projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with planning, workshop, and logistics teams to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Assist senior management with reporting, scheduling, and coordination
  • Carry out ad hoc duties in a fast-moving environment
