We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our business.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client requests are processed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Requests: Process all client requests through the new business stage / life cycle of their policies.
- Communication: Deal with clients/members and brokers/employers and other stakeholders over the phone.
- Problem-Solving: Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaboration: Interact with other areas of the business e.g. Sales, Propositions, Compliance etc. to improve how we work

Requirements:
- Education: Third Level Qualification in relevant area.
- Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
