Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the team, requiring strong organizational skills, effective communication and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide high-quality administrative support including meeting organisation, preparation of draft minutes and other documents.
  • To be responsible for the electronic circulation of internal documentation.
  • To organise meeting room bookings and manage various spreadsheets and documents held by the Team.
  • To work as part of a coordinated team in delivering reports.
  • To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied within and outside the Organisation and a work-life balance is supported.
  • To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks.
Requirements
  • An in-depth knowledge of computer packages and proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
  • Excellent Project Management and time management skills, in addition to attention to detail.
  • A Certificate level qualification is desirable with an interest in working towards a Diploma/Degree qualification.
  • Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities.
