Overview
We are working with a leading national firm based in Dublin who are looking for a Junior Associate to join their Banking team.
Responsibilities
Join an experienced and collaborative team, advising on a diverse range of banking matters, such as leveraged finance, acquisition finance, trade finance, commercial real estate, and corporate restructuring.
Advise both international and domestic clients, including banks, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors.
Contribute to business development and manage client relationships.
Requirements
NQ-3 PQE
Strong background in banking and financial law highly advantageous
Strong commercial awareness
Outstanding academics
Technically excellent
Willingness to become involved in business development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience)
