NiftiBusiness is seeking a driven, commercially minded Head of Sales to accelerate our growth, win new business, and strengthen our presence in the motor, leasing, and financial services sectors.This is a hands-on leadership role – ideal for someone who thrives on being customer-facing, driving results in the field, and inspiring a team through example as well as direction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver the sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets across new business acquisition and existing account expansion.Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, providing clear direction, accountability, and support to maximise individual and collective performance.Engage directly in lead generation and frontline sales activity, building relationships with key customers, partners, and decision-makers.Identify, develop, and secure opportunities for fleet management and business leasing, and related channels.Drive a high-performance culture by setting goals, monitoring progress, and celebrating success.Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales activities with wider business strategy and long-term objectives.Represent NiftiBusiness externally, attending industry events, networking, and raising the company's profile in target markets.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, risk, and governance requirements in every sales activity.RequirementsProven track record in sales leadership, ideally within motor, leasing, or financial services (banking/lending).Demonstrable success in winning new business and delivering sustained growth.A hands-on, customer-facing leader who leads by example and is comfortable actively generating and closing business.Strong coaching and people-management skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.Commercially astute, with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term value.Resilient, energetic, and adaptable, with a results-driven mindset.Willingness to travel and spend significant time in the field with customers and team members.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape and lead the sales team in a growing, ambitious business.A high-impact role with direct influence on company growth and performance.A competitive salary, pension benefits and performance-related incentives.An entrepreneurial, supportive, and agile working environment where initiative and ownership are encouraged.#J-*****-Ljbffr
