Program Manager - Learning & Development Initiatives
Dublin City Centre | 9-month contract (with potential extension)
Hybrid (50% office / 50% home) |
Salary €65,000- €72,000
We're partnering with a
leading global SaaS organisation
to recruit a Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering large-scale learning initiatives in collaboration with top universities.
This role will see you:
Design and deliver learning programs
with academic partners (Trinity College Dublin & TU Dublin) for approx.
300 internal participants annually.
Coordinate stakeholders
across universities, government grant bodies, and senior business sponsors.
Ensure smooth delivery
of courses - from planning content and enrolments to tracking participation, gathering feedback, and reporting results.
Manage compliance and reporting
- including grant documentation and financial coordination with external partners.
Support events
such as early careers and talent development programmes.
What we're looking for:
2-3+ years' experience in program or project management, ideally within L&D, training, or early careers development.
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong event/program coordination experience.
Proactive, adaptable mindset - comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
