Our Client, a well-established firm based in Dublin 2, requires an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team.
Successful candidates will report to the Head of Marketing.

Duties:
Manage the firm's website, social media outlets, digital analytics as well as email marketing campaigns.
To coordinate and design marketing collateral and graphics, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, brochures and more.
To liaise with external suppliers where necessary and support any brand and messaging projects as they arise.
Provide necessary support on the digital promotion and communication of the firm's events, webinars and activities in order to maximise their profiling opportunities.
Manage CRM campaigns and to employ the firm's CRM tool to input and maintain information on clients and contacts.
When necessary, opportunityto assist with PR, Advertising and Sponsorships as well as supporting internal communications and internal marketing.
Skills and experience:
Relevant Third level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing and communications.
Previous experience working in a professional services firm.
Strong skills in graphic design and proficient in InDesign, Photoshop.
Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
Ability to use CRM-based, web content management and email marketing systems.
