Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join the team of this leading retail group.
The focus of this role will be on PR and Sports Sponsorship as well as more general brand and marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will play a key role in executing the marketing strategy and supporting various brand plans.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where you'll contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, public relations, sports sponsorship management and events.
Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Marketing Role, preferably in a retail environment, PR agency or similar
Experience managing agencies and suppliers
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute the marketing plan aligned with business objectives
Oversee brand sponsorships, including local and national activations such as major multi-year sporting partnerships
Support PR activities across all brands in line with the PR calendar
Coordinate local and trade promotions, working with category and design teams for print and distribution
Manage local customer events and in-store activations, as well as assist in organising rebranding events
Support the creation of sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, and in-store POS materials
Monitor media coverage, file press clippings, and compile reports
Assist with signage projects and handle ad hoc branch requests for signage
Order branded merchandise and manage stock levels
Maintain an organised internal marketing filing system, ensuring all artwork and documentation are up to date
Strong team-working and networking skills
