Role: Marketing Manager Location: Clare Salary: 35-50K Job Description: Our Client in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal Candidate will play an Integral part in driving brand awareness, lead generation and enhancing market position. They will also spearhead marketing campaigns which align with the organizations values and objectives. Responsibilities: Create and put into action thorough marketing plans to increase lead generation, brand recognition, and engagement. Develop focused advertising strategies in line with the organization's overarching growth goals. Work together with internal departments to make sure that marketing plans and corporate objectives are in line. Oversee and refine search engine optimization tactics to raise organic search results, traffic and lead creation. Manage marketing programs that are paid for, such as social media and Google AdWords, making sure that budgets are well managed and that returns are high. Monitor and evaluate Google Analytics and other tool performance indicators to continuously enhance marketing results. Take the lead in producing and selecting interesting content for email campaigns, blogs, social media postings, videos, and infographics. Work together with internal departments to provide client testimonials, case studies, and other materials that highlight the benefits of our solutions. Verify that every piece of content reflects the company's brand identity and adheres to SEO best practices. Create and oversee content for all social media networks, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Create and carry out interesting social media initiatives that boost leads, traffic, and brand interaction. Keep an eye out on social media platforms for developments and chances to expand your following. Evaluate and assess marketing campaign performance, utilizing data to promote ongoing development. Report on KPIs on a regular basis, including visitors to the website, conversion rates, search engine rankings, and social media activity. Provide recommendations based on data to enhance marketing tactics. ensure that marketing initiatives are in line with corporate goals, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer support. Oversee connections with other companies that provide services like video production, graphic design, or specialist marketing assistance. Create and manage CRM plans to enhance the acquisition and retention of customers. Oversee connections with important parties, such as sponsors, partners, and advertising agencies, to optimize brand visibility. Qualifications and Experience: A bachelor's degree in business, communications, digital marketing, marketing, or a similar profession. 3 or more years of experience managing marketing campaigns, preferably in the consumer, technology, or renewable energy industries. Proven background in content generation, social media management, Google AdWords, and SEO. Skilled with tools for marketing analytics (such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management abilities. Outstanding negotiating, presenting, and communication abilities.
