An established real estate investment firm is seeking an Investment Manager to join its Dublin-based team.
This is an opportunity to work across acquisitions, asset management, and capital raising within a dynamic, fast-paced environment .

Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities Build and manage financial models Support due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy Assist in capital raising and investor presentations Collaborate with senior leadership across multiple projects Ideal Candidate: 7+ years' experience in real estate investment or asset management Strong financial and analytical skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Argus experience a plus Highly organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative This role offers exposure to institutional-grade assets and the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team.
