This role will encompass all aspects of the People & Culture function, and will be instrumental in driving employee wellbeing and engagement. Contract Duration: 6 months The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in HR in a similar role, will be great at multitasking, whilst also being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for People & Culture. You should also have exceptionally strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with a strategic mindset. Experience working in a hospitality setting will also be an advantage. Responsibilities will include: Employee onboarding Managing a performance management system/process Ensuring the company's procedures comply with local employment laws Handling all aspects of employee relations Reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll Managing the day-to-day Human Resources function in an effective and efficient manner Supporting management in performance and succession planning The Doyle Collection The Doyle Collection is a carefully curated collection of eight Irish family-owned luxury and urban hotels located centrally in London, Dublin, Washington DC, Cork and Bristol.
