Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SASE Sales Leader to lead our sales organization in delivering innovative and robust security access service edge (SASE) solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SASE and SSE technologies, including Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
This individual will drive the EMEA sales strategy and execution for our SASE offerings, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and customer needs.
Networking & Executives: Manage a team of SASE sales professionals.
Set direction, manage deliverables, and achieve revenue and expense objectives.
Resolve customer issues and participate in negotiations with key clients.
Build strategic relationships externally and internally, and develop solutions with resources.
Manage team performance and talent development.
Responsibilities: Accountable for business growth, market share, and revenue increases. Coordinate sales activities within the control area. Set quotas and goals. Develop tactics for new sales generation. Contribute to sales strategy, cost management, and process discipline. Ensure optimal sales coverage through various channels. Develop sales talent and manage pipelines effectively. Build lasting customer relationships. Lead change management initiatives. Coach and support sales teams in developing key accounts. Utilize Account Business Planning for growth opportunities. Enhance solution selling capabilities within the organization. Ensure resource deployment supports end-to-end sales support. Demonstrate industry knowledge and external leadership. Leverage global sales teams and partnerships. Manage resource planning and team staffing. Balance short-term and long-term planning. Provide thought leadership on technology application. Create a high-performance sales culture. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred. 10+ years in leadership roles managing 50+ people. 15+ years in sales, with 3+ years in SASE/SSE technologies. Experience leading SaaS/subscription sales organizations. Proven track record of business growth and market expansion. Knowledge and Skills: Strategic sales planning and execution. Budget and P&L management. Vertical industry understanding. Workforce planning and development. Operational responsiveness and decision-making. Executive relationship management. Competitive strategy development. Solution selling and business acumen. Change management and problem solving. Global perspective and cultural sensitivity. Leadership in complex environments. Additional Skills: Accountability, Active Listening, Creativity, Customer Experience, Industry Knowledge, Long Term Planning, Managing Ambiguity, and others.
