Location:Collon, LouthFull-Time on siteWe're looking for a highly motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Leadto join ICEC in the data centre industry.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive recruitment across technical, operational, and corporate functions.You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce, managing end-to-end recruitment, and positioning ICEC as an employer of choice in the data centre sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the full recruitment life cycle across multiple disciplines and regionsPartner with leadership to understand workforce planning needs and create effective hiring strategiesProactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and direct headhunting for niche and technical rolesBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles within the data centre industryDrive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive marketsEnsure a seamless candidate experience from application through to onboardingTrack, report, and analyse recruitment metrics to inform strategy and improve processesManage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies as neededIdeal CandidateProven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within construction, engineering, or data centre environmentsStrong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent in technical and operational fieldsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadershipOrganised and proactive, able to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced settingExperience using CRM and recruitment analytics toolsA passion for building strong teams and driving people-focused initiativesFamiliarity with international recruitment and compliance considerations is a bonus
