Rail, Active Travel, Greenways and advantageSubstantial experience across planning, design and/or construction phases.Strong financial management and budgetary control skillsStrong programming and resource management skills (including use of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 or similar)Strong people management skillsStrong communication and presentation skills.Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.Proven ability to monitor and handle multiple projects at the same time, balance key priorities and meet challenging and changing deadlines.High resilience, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to create a team culture of camaraderie, integrity and trust, among multination and multicultural teams.Strong track record in liaising with Clients and working with them to achieve the required solutions.QualificationsA Level 8 honours degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldChartered Engineer (or equivalent) status is essentialProject Management Qualification is essentialIdeally a Level 9 master's degree in engineering or cognate disciplineOther specialist qualification in a transport related discipline is an advantageWhat is in it for you?We're proud to be an accredited training provider, internationally recognised and providing robust fully accredited professional training programmes -
