Senior Project Manager

Job DescriptionAs a result of King and Moffatt Building Services securing a large project in Galway city, we are now looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager (M&E), to play a key role in its successful delivery.What You Would DoAttend project start up meetings and manage all Mechanical and Electrical aspects, delivering the project, on time and within budget.Familiarise yourself with all details and specifications of the project.Collate technical submittals, ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.Manage labour tracker.Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commission plan on site.Manage K&M handover process and maintain K&M Document Management System.Project specific scheduling.Attend meetings as required with Sub Contractors to ensure on time delivery.Attend general site meetings and action any points raised.Communicate any innovative project specific works to Contracts Manager (R&D)QualificationsExtensive Project Management experience gained across the M&E industry.Successful track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects, on time and within budget.Experience of managing large teams including PM's, Site Manager, Foremen etc.Qualification in Construction/Project Management is preferred.Additional InformationHaving an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong, dynamic and innovative organisation.As Well As Being Supported And Encouraged To Develop Your Career Here At King And Moffatt, We Also Offer The FollowingCompetitive salaryProfessional Development supportEmployee Assistance ProgramHealth and Wellness programsBike to Work SchemeAt King and Moffatt, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation, creativity, and success.We are committed to creating a workplace where all employees feel welcomed, valued, and respected regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, disability, or any other dimension of diversity.We strive to build a culture that celebrates differences, encourages open dialogue, and promotes equal opportunities for growth and advancement.By embracing diversity and fostering an inclusive environment, we not only strengthen our organisation but also enrich the lives of our employees and the communities we serve
