Company OverviewOur client is a leading organisation delivering large-scale technical infrastructure projects across Europe.They provide end-to-end solutions from design through to construction, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical services, as well as commissioning.With significant ongoing projects across the continent, they are continuing to expand their team to support business operations and future growth.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organisedIT Co-Ordinatorto support the IT team in the day-to-day operation of the IT function.This role is well-suited for someone with a strong background in IT, who enjoys managing processes, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth IT operations.The ability to carry out low-level technical troubleshooting and provide end-user support will be highly beneficial.Key ResponsibilitiesCo-ordinate and track IT service requests and escalations with our Managed Service Provider (MSP).Maintain IT documentation, including policies, procedures, change requests, incident reports, asset registers, and software licensing.Support and track the procurement of IT equipment and software, including vendor liaison, order co-ordination, and asset/license tracking.Manage software licensing, renewals, and compliance tracking.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes such as account setup, hardware allocation, and return.Gather feedback from users and identify recurring issues for improvement.Act as a point of contact for IT-related queries and escalate appropriately internally or with the MSP.Build and maintain a comprehensive suite of system documentation.RequirementsStrong foundational IT knowledge.Previous experience in an IT support and coordination role.Experience working with or alongside an MSP (advantageous).Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and terminology.Strong organisational and administrative skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Comfortable working with third-party vendors and service providers.Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.At Wallace Myers International Recruitment Agency we specialise in sourcing professionals for key industries and services.See our website for more details.Privacy Policy:By applying for this role you are agreeing that your details will be stored in our database and may be considered for similar future positions.For more info see wallacemyers.ie/privacy-policy#J-*****-Ljbffr
