Overview
Lead Recruiter at Clearwater Analytics - Hiring in UK, France, Germany, Luxembourg.
Reporting to the Head of the Technical Content team.
You are an entry or junior level technical writer with a focus on creating internal and client-facing documentation to help users understand how to use our products and support interactive courses.
Responsibilities
Create internal and client-facing product documentation that clearly explains how to use our products and informs interactive courses.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) including product managers and software developers to draft content and implement feedback.
Edit content for consistency, clarity, and audience alignment; replace existing documentation with curated content when appropriate.
Maintain internal resources such as the Acronym and Jargon Guide, video library, and style guide.
Produce documentation for clients, including user guide articles, key product updates (release notes), and embedded application help (such as tool tips).
Qualifications / Experience
0-4 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fast learner and collaborative team member
Able to prioritize while working on multiple projects
Three Cs: Consistent, Concise, Clear
Tools / Skills
Markdown a plus
Ability to organize projects, with Jira exposure a plus
Content/graphics/video tools experience a plus, such as SnagIt, Canva, Loom, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Taxonomy/hierarchy and templating knowledge
UX writing interest
Familiarity with code structure (preferably Java and/or Python) a plus
GitLab branching a plus
