Talent Acquisition Sr.Associate - Level 4Amgen Dun Laoghaire – DublinAmgen is the world's leading biopharmaceutical company with a versatile portfolio of products.Our science-based approach has led to the discovery of novel therapies in cardiovascular disease, oncology, bone health, neuroscience, nephrology and inflammation.Our patient-centred culture fuels our commitment to enhance their experience with innovative medicine delivery systems.At Amgen, new ideas are not just welcomed, but celebrated.You will be joining a team of over 20,000 colleagues eager to have a positive impact with one mission: to serve every patient every time.Due to increased volume activity, we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our existing Talent Acquisition team here in Amgen Dun Laoghaire, initially on a fixed-term contract basis.LIVE What you will doThe Talent Acquisition (TA) Senior Associate plays an integral role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality TA services.The combination of recruitment data analysis, outstanding sourcing & selection techniques, partnership with clients in HR and line management, and the effective use of tools & knowledge to build TA capabilities drives organisational performance in acquiring the best talent.Overview of rolePartner with Hiring Managers and the business to fully understand the business needs and deliver a best-in-class recruitment service while meeting tight deadlines in line with recruitment plans and campaigns.Build comprehensive talent sourcing strategies and robust hiring plans.Act as a trusted partner to managers and leaders, by providing market insights and knowledge of the talent landscape.Responsible for posting of jobs/positions in line with the hiring plan and preparation of job offers.Responsible for compiling and maintaining candidate information, job listings and role requirements.Maintain a local database and contact management of prospective candidates to enable the improvement of the talent pipeline for key roles.Coordinate events associated with attracting talent and talent assessment in support of the Talent Acquisition Manager.Responsible for contributing to the completion of specific projects around the Talent Acquisition activity.Recognise and call out challenges or risks as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.Support data interpretation and analytical insights from key HR parameters to drive insights to optimise the Talent Acquisition process.Basic Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity Degree – HR, Business or Science.5 years experience in Recruitment.Ideally experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceExperience working in a multinational Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology organisation.Successful delivery of high-volume recruitment campaigns.Knowledge and experience of various branding and recruitment marketing tools & processes.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems – ideally Workday.What we can expect of youOur ideal candidate is a team player with a customer focus and a problem-solving, result-oriented mindset.You are able to handle multiple tasks, prioritising in a logical manner.Ability to work on own initiative and to meet tight deadlines.What you can expect of usVast opportunities to learn, develop and move up and across our global organisation.Diverse and inclusive community of belonging, where colleagues are empowered to bring ideas to the table, try new things and act.Generous Amgen Total Rewards Plan comprising healthcare, finance, wealth and career benefits.Flexible work arrangements.CompetenciesDemonstrates personal credibility and flexibility.Strong sense of service delivery to the business.High level of attention to detail.Manages multiple tasks, priorities and meets deadlines.Effective problem solver.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Demonstrates Amgen Values.#J-*****-Ljbffr
