A well-established and highly successful Irish business have engaged Barden to identify a commercially-minded accountant to join their Finance team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses.
Develop tailored operational and governance frameworks.
Prepare apportionment accounts aligned with reporting standards.
Support commercial onboarding and financial oversight.
Deliver performance projections and business cases.
Collaborate on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
ABOUT THE PERSON
Qualified accountant with 3 + years PQE;
Financial analysis experience is an advantage but not essential;
Excellent attention to detail, numeric and analytical skills;
Process, systems and controls focused;
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
